Orders & Shipping
Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or the items within the order. But orders are cancelable for up to 1 hour after they are placed. 

If you have an retailanthropy account, click “Cancel Order” on your My Orders page before placing a new one. If you don’t see a link, our warehouse is already packing up your shipment so we cannot cancel or change it in any way. 

Unfortunately, once orders are fulfilled and receive a tracking number, they are passed the cutoff point for cancelling. We are very sorry for any inconvenience to you.

Can I include a gift receipt with my order?

We do not offer separate gift receipts at this time. 

All orders receive an automated itemized confirmation email after a purchase and will arrive without a packing slip. Each individual item will be shipped with a removable price tag attached. 

Do you order gift cards?

We offer digital gift cards for $25, $50, $100, and $200. 

Digital gift card purchases are non-refundable. 

Gift cards are only valid if purchased directly from Retailanthropy. Retailanthropy is not responsible for gift cards that are purchased from unauthorized sources, and purchasing gift cards from unauthorized sites is at your own risk.

How do referrals work?

We offer $25 in Retailanthropy store credit when your friends or family sign up for a Retailanthropy account and make their first purchase. 

Just send them your personal referral link, and we’ll add $20 in store credit to your account once all items from their first order have shipped.

When you share your link please make sure your friends create an account prior to browsing the site. The credit won't automatically apply to your account if they miss this step.

How long before my order ships?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

Note: if you place an order after 12pm CST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. 

Economy domestic shipping, and all PO Box orders, are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL carriers.

Within the continental U.S. this takes 2–5 business days. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/DPO sites. 

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards. We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Giftcards. 

We also accept payments via PayPal and Square.

Where can I find my store credit balance?

If you have any store credit in your account, a pale red dot will appear in the top right corner of the page where it says "Hi...". Hover or click and a drop-down will appear showing your total balance. If you don’t see a balance on that menu, it means you currently have no store credit in your account. 

When you’re ready to check-out, the credit will automatically deduct from your order total. 

If you’re having trouble finding your balance, or you think there may be an error, email us at team@retailanthropy.com and we’ll take care of you.

Where can I find my tracking?

We will send you your package’s tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also find a link to the tracking information on your My Orders page.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the continental USA only.

Where is my order?

For all shipped packages, we’ll send you the tracking number in an email (you can also find the info on your My Orders page). If you want to learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier.

Sizing & Contact
What size am I?

If we’re planning to restock your size, you’ll see an option to add your email to a waiting list. Just click the "Waitlist" button and we’ll send you an email notification when it’s back in stock. 

If a product is out of stock, and you don't see a "Waitlist" button, we haven't made plans to restock that item just yet. We may receive some stock through orders returned to our warehouse, so definitely check back in the future.

What if you're out of my size?

Sizing varies between our items, so we recommend using these tools to better determine your ideal size: 

Detailed product measurements are included on each product page. As a note, measurements are taken in inches and while the garment is lying flat, so some measurements (i.e. waist, chest, etc.) will need to be doubled to determine their circumference. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item that you already own. 

Additional style and fit details are included in the Details and Descriptions sections on each product page. 

If you need more help, our team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - send us a note at team@retailanthropy.com and include your typical size and measurements and we’ll provide individualized advice. If the fit doesn’t work out the first time, remember, returns are always free.

What's retailanthropy's phone number?

We're not able to offer phone support at this time.

Returns & Exchanges
How can I exchange?

We aren't able to offer automatic exchanges right now, so instead, we provide a combination of free returns, free shipping, and store credit for all U.S. orders to make sure you receive the correct size. 

Most purchases may be returned within 14 days. 

Due to the complexity of our returns process, please refrain from combining returns from multiple orders in one return package. In addition, please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with.

Please note that all sales are final, and Gift Cards purchases cannot be returned. 

How do I return a gift?

We offer store credit for gift returns. Head on over to our Gift Returns page to begin the process. 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

How do I start a return?

To request a return, simply navigate to Orders & Returns while logged into the site, select the items from the order you're shipping back and why, then choose the type of refund you'd like (refund to your original payment or store credit). 

Once that's completed, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number and all mail-in returns must be mailed directly to our distribution center. We will not accept returns mailed to our corporate office. 

Please return items with all original tags attached and with the original packaging.

May I combine multiple returns using one label?

Due to the complexity of our returns process, we ask that you please refrain from combining returns from multiple orders in one return package. 

Remember: if you initiate a return for store credit, we'll waive that $8 restocking fee and continue to grant free US shipping on your next order.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact team@retailanthropy.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’re not perfect yet continuously strive to be better! We will email you a shipping label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt–with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed with all tags attached.

What is your exchange policy?

Because we don't offer direct exchanges, we suggest that you return your original purchase for a full refund in store credit before ordering a new size or color. 

To begin the process, head to your Orders & Returns page and choose “Store Credit" as your refund method. 

Once the return has been processed, and your refund issued, you will receive an email notifying you that you're free to reorder using your store credit and complimentary US shipping. 

Returns made online with refunds to the original form of payment will have a $8 restocking fee deducted from the refund total when processed. Store credit refunds and returns made in store with refunds to the original form of payment, are free.

Refunds for store credit are free and include free U.S. shipping on your next order. 

For refunds to credit cards and PayPal we deduct $8 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to ​the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. 

Please note that all sales items are final, and Gift Cards purchases cannot be returned.

When can I expect my refund?

It takes our warehouse up to 1-2 weeks to receive and process your refund. We'll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
